What is your Measure of Success?

The below image really speaks to me. Growing up in India, and transitioning through layers of middle class (income wise), success was purely defined by what position you hold in a company and the amount of salary you draw. I don't remember when my parents took a holiday for themselves or break from work because of burn out -- watching them, I presumed my life would be no different.

Thanks to advancements in technology and information, we millennials are equipped with better tools and opportunities to make rational decisions. Define what success means to you -- more time with family? Hobbies? Workout? Everyday Stroll along the beach? Whatever it means to you, be sure to hold onto it.

If you are working round the clock or not taken any break, try taking one. Reflect on what makes you happy and gives you mental peace.

What does success mean to you all?
